RO water is reverse osmosis water.. basically water with minerals removed.

SPS is short for Small Polyp Stony, a kind of coral.

Did you use a power head to mix the salt with a bucket? does the power head always help to mix the water? can max jet 400 can help to mix the water into salt then put the salt into the aquarium? what kind of power head did you use to mix the salt? can I use any kind of power head to mix the salt? are you doing water changes in the video too?

Or you can turn your current tank into an sps nano, but a bigger tank is always better….

fishkickass November 14, 2009 at 8:44 am

when you doing a fresh water maintenance?

trio628 November 16, 2009 at 6:20 pm

I don’t have the lights anyways for those, when I get a bigger tank I will get a RO filter in my water line.

jacobknows November 19, 2009 at 4:04 pm

I see that your still kind of new to the hobby, if you dont use RO water you will never be able to keep sps…

trio628 November 21, 2009 at 1:44 pm

its safe, I never used RO water and it is perfectly fine.

jay733 November 23, 2009 at 10:10 am
